- We are developing and updating our database of candidates, and we use external sources adequate for a particular recruitment project.
- We use information from current edition of TEST Salary Surveys and knowledge of Candidates’ financial aspirations. We support Clients in negotiating employment terms with recommended candidates.
Contingent on how complicated the projects are, Consultants recommend traditional methods of acquiring candidates, direct search method or recruitment with expanded selection process based on the Assessment Centre methodology.
